Our mixed martial arts program is full of awesome classes. Something for EVERYONE. All ages and all fitness levels. No experience??? No problem!!! We will get you started from square one. Help you get on track to reach your martial arts and fitness goals.
Our youth program is where it's at!
Ages 5 and up
We train kids for fun and fitness. We also have a youth competition team for those who wish to compete. We offer youth
boxing (young guns program) and youth jiu-jitsu (mats monsters program). Both programs are great for discipline,
self-defense, and building confidence. Let us help prevent bullying, and teach your child how to live a happy
healthy lifestyle through martial arts.
Our Fitness Kickboxing classes are a great way to get in shape and have fun doing it. Learn REAL
kickboxing techniques and kickboxing related workouts. We will turn on some music and we will get to work. Let's
have some fun while we get our workout!
Our women's jiu-jitsu is an awesome program. Jiu-Jitsu is great for self-defense, fitness, and self-confidence.
We offer classes that are just for women, as well as our co-ed classes. In these classes, you will go over the basics.
Learn the drills, warmups, and history of jiu-jitsu. Then move into learning self-defense techniques.
Area 502 is the proud home of 5star boxing program. With boys and girls ages 5+, 5star takes boxing very seriously.
We have kiddos who train for fun, fitness, and self-defense. But we also have youth that trains to compete.
We have kids ranked in the top 10 in the country. Already multiple time world champions.
Louisville is the home of Muhammad Ali, we are a boxing city. And we plan to keep real boxing alive at Area 502.
We offer youth jiu-jitsu at Area 502. Jiu-Jitsu is a self-defense based martial art. It's great for fitness
as well as helping with your kids' confidence. We have boys and girls ages 5+. We make sure the kids have a fun time but also learning
ways to effectively defend themselves. Have fun and learn self-defense techniques at the same time.
Muay Thai or the art of eight limbs. The art originates from Thailand.
These classes are a little more competitive. For those wanting
to take their training to the next level. Learn how to use punches, elbows, knees, and kicks.
This is a traditional wrestling class. Not a wrestling for MMA class. Learn takedowns, takedown defense, and most important
the meaning of hard work.
